In 10 1-hour sessions, I’ll teach you to stand in your power and advocate for your needs with coworkers. I’ll be your companion as you balance showing up for your family, showing up for your team, and showing up for yourself.

With a few mindset shifts and schedule shifts, you’ll find focus, spaciousness, creativity, and confidence in your new routine.
