The Process

Employee experience strategy follows a human-centered design process. We make sure we’re asking the right questions, immerse with your people and then synthesize data into strategic recommendations that will supercharge your business.

Clarify

We’ll begin by intentionally setting our foundation. After assembling the right collection of cross-functional stakeholders, we’ll ask ourselves: What are our goals? What do we hope will be on the other side of those goals? How do we want to show up during this process?

Activities: co-creation worksessions with leadership and key stakeholders

Listen

It’s time to move beyond surveys and all-hands. This phase is about meeting people face-to-face and deeply getting to know their day-to-day reality.

Synthesize

Synthesizing stories and experiences is an art and a science. We’ll identify themes, crystallize insights and visualize disparate data into digestible deliverables.

Strategize

Because People Strategy needs to be cross-functional to succeed, we end our process with more than a presentation. We tell stories that invite your leadership to step into the shoes of your people. We facilitate conversations to ensures insights create action.
