Returning to work as a mom is emotional
…Excitement to be around other adults again
…Anxiety about how to juggle everything
…Guilt about being away from your kiddo
…Dread if your job is not a good fit
…Disengagement because work feels like a thousand lives ago
…Fear that you won’t meet expectations like you used to
The truth is: being a working mom is challenging. Many workplaces are not designed for working parents - I’ve seen this firsthand as an employee experience strategist. But that doesn’t mean something’s wrong with you. It means something’s wrong with work.

Whether you’re feeling weighed down by your employer’s expectations or the need to stay in a so-so job, this coaching program will help you become a confident working parent.
I’ll help you redesign your relationship to work so it fits your new life phase.
You can find power in this transition.
The Program
In 4 impactful one-on-one sessions, I’ll help you bridge your professional and parent identities.
I’ll be your companion as you balance showing up for your family, showing up for your team, and showing up for yourself. With a few mindset shifts, we’ll help you find your confidence as a working parent and unlock more spaciousness and ease in your new routine.
For Portland mamas, given the tenderness of this time, I love coming to you for in-person sessions. We can integrate grounding walks and baby tending as needed. Think of it as part-coaching session, part-doula visit.
Session 1: Third Trimester
Setting your vision + values for being a working parent. Writing a love letter from your professional self to your future parent self.
Session 2: One month before return to work
Venting your back-to-work fears. Acknowledging the complexities and inner tensions of this time. Reviewing your letter from your past self. Defining a back-to-work plan.
Session 3: First month of return
Integrating somatic practices to calm the nervous system during change. Practicing self-advocacy and empowered communication.
Session 4: Second month of return
Setting new boundaries. Defining your new self. Trusting your enoughness and holding reasonable expectations for yourself. Thoughtfully designing your transitions between home and work.
Ready to design your return to work?
I recommend reaching out in your second or third trimester, but we can discuss starting wherever you are in the motherhood journey
